A commercial kitchen across Greater Sydney is a machine, and every surface in it is a moving part, fabricated at the Moorebank workshop. M&C fabricates the benches, sinks, hoods, racks and service counters that machine runs on. Measured on your site, drawn to your workflow, and welded from 304 or 316 grade stainless steel. Food-contact joints are fully welded, not silicone-sealed, and the same crew installs them.
We start with the plan, not the price list. Our team walks the floor with you, marks the gas and hydraulic penetrations, checks the clearances your certifier will look for, and returns a shop drawing you can sign off before a single sheet is cut. That is how a bench arrives on installation day and simply fits.
Every weld is ground back and linished so there is nowhere for grease to sit, every edge is folded so there is nothing to catch, and every leg is adjustable so an uneven slab never becomes your problem. The same detailing goes into residential work, where a stainless island or splashback has to look as considered as the joinery beside it.
